Who we are

Bloom & Glow Hair is run by Bloom & Glow Hair Studio LLC and serves Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or chat with our AI assistant, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Your conversations with our AI assistant: every message you send and every reply it gives is recorded and kept.
• The details of each Preliminary Quote the assistant shows you, and whether you accepted or declined it.
• What you share after accepting a Preliminary Quote: your name, your phone, email or Instagram handle, and your Wedding Date if you give it.
• An email alert to your lead artist with those contact details, so you hear back personally.
• Site analytics: which pages are viewed and which buttons are used — see Analytics below.

We don't ask for payment details on this site.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions about services, pricing and policies.
• To prepare a Preliminary Quote, including the Travel Fee to your venue.
• To check Date Availability for your Wedding Date.
• So your lead artist can follow up with you personally.
• To improve our assistant and this site.

Services that help us

A few trusted services handle parts of this for us, and only for these purposes:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and the assistant and stores the conversations and contact details.
• Our AI model provider receives your messages so the assistant can write its replies.
• Google Maps receives the venue address you give, to measure the Travel Fee.
• Cal.com receives the date you ask about and checks it against your lead artist's Google Calendar, for Date Availability.
• Resend delivers the email alert with your contact details to your lead artist.
• Google Analytics receives how the site is used — never what you type.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations and contact details indefinitely, so your lead artist can look back on what was discussed. If you'd like yours deleted, email [email protected] and we'll delete your conversations and contact details, including our notification emails, and let you know when it's done.

Your choices

State consumer privacy laws such as Virginia's VCDPA likely don't apply to a business of our size, but we honour these requests anyway: you can ask to access or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It never receives your messages, your contact details, your Wedding Date or your venue. We respect the Global Privacy Control signal, and you can switch analytics off for this browser here:
