This site and its AI assistant are run by Bloom & Glow Hair Studio LLC ("Bloom & Glow Hair", "we"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.
Our AI assistant
The assistant is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes, so please check anything important with your lead artist.
Preliminary Quotes and Bookings
A Preliminary Quote is an estimate subject to your lead artist's review. Accepting one is not a Booking and does not hold your date, and a Date Availability check is a read of the calendar, not a promise. Only your lead artist confirms a Booking.
Payments and cancellations
The Retainer, payments and cancellations are agreed with your lead artist when you book, so they aren't repeated here. Questions about them? Email [email protected].
Provided as is
This site and the assistant are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may sometimes be unavailable.
Using the assistant fairly
Please don't abuse the assistant, send it anything unlawful or hurtful, or try to manipulate it into saying or doing what it shouldn't.

The photographs, text and design of this site belong to Bloom & Glow Hair Studio LLC. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
